Yamini Mid-Century Modern

Our Yamini Mid-Century Modern project is a full-scope interior architectural renovation. Built in the 1950’s, this 1-story MCM-influenced home had been renovated in the late 1990’s or early 2000’s with an almost office building lobby aesthetic that was both dated and very out of place. The complete refresh we designed made the home into a warm, contemporary abode with timeless details and simple elegance. Warm woods with deep tones mesh with bright white tiles and quartz countertops to give the home an open and airy feel. We completely reconfigured the kitchen making a large open space with luxury appliances and ample counter space for the home cook, and designed a long dining table extended off the kitchen island to keep family gathered close to the heart of the home.
