This white stucco-clad residence (project completed while working at previous employer) occupies a corner lot very close to where Dallas and Highland Park collide, and Dallas city zoning mandated an elongated bar-shaped building where interior spaces are stacked to accommodate the owner’s program. Most living spaces are located downstairs, with the bedrooms and a home office upstairs. The carefully crafted pool area gives the owner an extension of his indoor living spaces in fair weather, and in hot weather a great place to cool off.
