AC|DC – A Casa for D and C – a custom 4,000 sf 2-story contemporary residence designed for clients in Dallas, Texas. This residence features a mix of materials both inside and outside, and has a light/dark palette throughout the home. Contemporary white walls inside and out marry with dark painted siding, dark tiles and moody deep-hued paint in several rooms to reinforce the theme. Entertaining is a dream in this home, with a large open-plan kitchen and living room with an adjoining dining room and butler’s pantry, and the living room has a large wall of glass doors that pocket into the wall for the ultimate in indoor-outdoor connectivity.
